therefore if you choose a 1st class delivery we will of course send this 1st class once production is complete.

All our packages are shipped on a tracked delivery service by Royal Mail the delivery times are an estimate and are not always accurate.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

Orders over £150 value will also require a signature.

You will receive an email once your order has been
dispatched along with the tracking number so you are able to track your delivery every step of the way. We ship most of our items in letterbox friendly packaging which means if you are not at home, your item can still be safely
delivered with proof of delivery.

EU & International Orders

Order shipped within the EU or Internationally maybe
subject to taxes, fees, customs, duties or other charges which are outside of our control. We are unable to advise the amount this maybe, as it varies by country.

The recipient of the goods is responsible for these charges and will need these will need to be paid prior to the goods being delivered. We advise checking your countries policies prior to placing your order. Customs
clearing process may incur delays of upto 45 days.

If delivery is refused or payment of any charges aren’t
made, refunds wont be processed until the goods arrive back with us. Any charges incurred in returning of the goods and original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. This may take upto 45 days.

Other delivery information.

Please ensure that you double check your delivery address details when placing your order. If your delivery address is incorrect due to customer error we are unable to accept liability for items delivered to the incorrect address. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, shipping charges will apply to redispatch the
order.

Any orders that have been refused delivery will have the original shipping amount deducted from the refund and will not be processed until they are back with us.

We do not recommend using a business delivery address. If you choose to have your order delivered to abusiness address it is at your own risk and we will not be liable for any items lost within the business or workplace.

Care should be taken to avoid over stretching your bracelet,when putting on ensure to roll your bracelet over your hand rather than stretching the elastic. When taking the bracelet off, do the same.

Remove your jewellery when sleeping, cleaning, showering, swimming or exercising. 

Avoid contact with liquids such as bleach, cleaning
products, chlorine, perfume, lotions and hairspray.

Protect your jewellery from extreme temperatures, humidity and direct sunlight.

We recommend storing your jewellery in an airtight soft
lined box or bag separate from any other jewellery.

To clean your sterling silver jewellery and to remove any tarnishing, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth to bring back the shine.

To clean plated jewellery we recommend using a plain soft cloth to gentle restore the shine. (Do not use a treated cloth)

To clean semi-precious gemstones and pearls use a clean,
soft, damp cloth. (Hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided)

Fasten your chains and necklaces when storing to avoid
tangling.

Take care to avoid scratching, knocking or bumping your
jewellery against hard surfaces. Particularly semi precious gemstones & pearls, these are very fragile and can damage easily.
